SHIPPING

Following your order confirmation, items are shipped within seven (7) business days depending on the time of order. Hoc Eritis is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Hoc Eritis is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE DONE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL ([email protected]) TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
